Graduates

The Byrne Bros. Graduate Training Scheme has been designed to enable a participant to gain the skills and experience required to apply for chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) upon completion, and to progress to become a valued member of the company and an important part of our future.

The scheme operates on a rotation system, spanning a three-year time frame. Individuals will spend time in different departments to gain a wider understanding of the business, although the majority of the programme is spent working with engineering teams on-site.
