Team Byrne 2016 Charity Cycle Ride

This year, Byrne Group are undertaking two challenging events for the price of one donation. We are raising money for a local charity, for local parents, giving them much needed respite from their loving but demanding handicapped children.

1. First week in June, the usual frenetic 200 miles in one day eye balls out to Paris.

Special mention to our semi-retired veteran superstar Keith Oborne who is undertaking this event in three days. We are also delighted to welcome back our own Simon Houska who will be generously providing his time and motorbike as a safety escort for the Paris trip.

2. Last week in June, Lyons to Nice, 425 mile route with 45,000ft of climbing the ultimate Alpine Mountain Cycling

Challenge.

A five days of climbing and conquering some of the infamous Tour de France climbs including Col du Grand Colombier,

Croix de Fer and Alpe d'Huez and the Lacets de Montvernier (equivalent to nearly two climbs of Everest from sea level!).
