Byrne Bros are pleased to confirm that the Institute for Apprenticeships has approved the Formwork Level 2 apprenticeship standard.

Byrne Bros manages the development process for the standard with support from other sector employers, CITB and Trade association. Our Learning and Development Manager, Martina Oyite, who chairs the Formwork Trailblazer group, welcomed the announcement and said “I’m delighted that the hard work of the employers who took part in the development of the standard has paid off. The continued success of the formwork activity trailblazer process brings us closer to accomplishing the goal of delivering a high standard, skilled workforce, ready to give employers the high quality staff they need, and to take on the future challenges we may face in the construction industry.”
