Elephant Park H7

Exciting new project start for Byrne Bros! We'll be responsible for the construction of the substructure, a twenty five story tower and 4 nine story mansion block inclusive of pile caps, ground floor slab, below ground drainage, columns, walls, upstands, plinths, beams, floor slabs and concrete stairs.

Working with Lendlease, H7 forms part of the 5th phase of the Elephant Park development in Elephant & Castle.

Using a fully enclosed, top-hung, SCP hydraulically climbed jumpform rig which climbs “as-one” sealed, enclosed box in a single hydraulic movement, eliminating exposed leading edges and risk of falls from height.

The Mansion Block core walls will be constructed from precast twin wall panels in cycle with the floor slabs. Pre-fabricated off site/modular stair flights and half landings will be installed complete during each lift of twin wall core installation, ready for the next lift after the completion of the PT floor slab at the next level above, thus providing a safe means of access & escape internally as the works progress.
