Byrne Bros. unveils new graduate programme

A new Graduate programme has been launched by Byrne Bros. at a special event held the company's Teddington HQ to welcome participants to the new scheme.

The scheme has been designed to enable individuals to experience a taster of a number of departments to gain an overarching understanding of Byrne Bros.' business operations. Aimed at graduate engineers, the scheme will support individuals to collate sufficient evidence to apply for chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers upon completion of the three year scheme.

Ben White, Head of Engineering for Byrne Bros., said: "The intention of this scheme is to enable engineers at the start of their career to fully appreciate all areas of our business and offer them a strong platform of knowledge and appreciation for our work. Alongside this, supporting graduates to achieve ICE chartered status demonstrates Byrne Bros.' commitment to skilling the next generation of engineers."
