Byrne Bros. secures 1-5 Grosvenor Place

Byrne Bros. has secured 1- 5 Grosvenor Place, also known as the Peninsula London Hotel, based on Hyde Park Corner. The existing buildings will be demolished, and the scheme will comprise a Peninsula Hotel with 190 guest rooms and 24- 28 residential apartments. We will be responsible for ‘topdown’ reinforced concrete basement and 4 Jumpform cores with post tensioned slabs.
