AYKON London One

Byrne Bros. has commenced work on AYKON London One, which  is a 50-storey residential development in Nine Elms, London, within Zone 1 and on the South Bank.

It is part of a wider multi-billion pounds regeneration scheme that includes the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station, as well as the location for the new US Embassy.  It will also include an adjacent smaller tower, topped with a roof garden at level 24.
