SCOPE OF WORK

A 12-storey residential building built at the top of Richmond Hill in Bournemouth. The structure, constructed on the side of the hill, has a split basement accessed from the lower end of the site. It has astonishing views of the South across to the sea.

Byrne Bros contract comprised of the foundation works, including drainage, and the superstructure which was built using traditional methods. The raking walls at each level, which are a striking feature of the design, were constructed to a high-quality finish using traditional timber faced formwork.
