SCOPE OF WORK

Building construction of a four-storey RC frame comprising a central street with basement, three ‘fingers’, a basement energy centre with all access roads and services. The retaining walls were of high quality.

The fingers and main street columns were of White Concrete. This feature concrete was batched on-site to ensure colour and quality consistency.
