SCOPE OF WORK

The project comprises a multi-storey car park and access ramps and in-situ RC slabs, similar to the system constructed for the Drake Circus project in Plymouth. The design is based on the use of steel Deltabeams, designed and fabricated by Peikko Group in Finland, and pre-cast concrete columns and hollow-core slabs. This gives a 16 metre clear span and has the benefit of a fast erection programme.
