SCOPE OF WORK

This development includes new shops, restaurants, multiplex cinema, health club, a new church and significant improvements to the underground station. The project included retaining the Grade I listed entrance to Fulham Broadway tube Station, refurbished as part of the development.

Our package included sub-basement, basement car parks, and part steel, part RC five-storey superstructure. All works were constructed in accordance with LUL regulations as the project is split in two by the existing track.
