SCOPE OF WORK

Construction of a major town centre redevelopment Shopping Mall incorporating a 1,272 space, over five levels of multi-storey car park comprising of a basement and superstructure. The works combined an innovative use of traditional RC construction with a 550 square metre wide span, downstand free, proprietary Deltabeam composite floor plates supported by circa 650 no. P.C.C. columns.
