SCOPE OF WORK

The works consisted of a new build office development sub and superstructure, incorporating one slip formed core and one constructed using the jump-form method. The building comprises of ground and fifteen upper floors with an A3 use at ground floor level, and 19 car parking spaces, 142 cycle spaces and 47 motor cycle spaces at basement level.
