Byrne Bros has been short listed for the Silver Helmet Award for Safety.

The Silver Helmet Awards are designed to recognise outstanding safety performance. 2008 saw a record number of entries so Byrne Bros' appearance on the shortlist is a huge achievement.

The results will be announced on the 22 September.
