Chorus have successfully handed over the the Russell Hotel refurbishment project at Russell Square, London to RBS Property Development.

The project, designed by RPW Design, covered the refurbishment of 181 guest rooms, full ground floor areas, common areas, corridors, lightwell repairs and new services infrastructure. Works were completed on a fast track, phased handover programme whilst the hotel reamained occupied and operational.

The 60,000 sq.ft scheme was project managed by Vision Hospitality Management, cost consultancy was provided by AYH plc and services consultancy by Curona Design.
