Chorus Special Works have completed the fit out of the new state of the art meeting and video conferencing facilities at Permira’s Covent Garden office.

 City Blueprint Consultants were commissioned to undertake the feasibility study and design for the scheme, for which, Quantic Management acted as project managers and cost consultants.

The project required a full strip back to structural shell and a subsequent fit out with a very high level of soundproofing and finish. All works were completed with the client in occupation above and below and with residential flats adjoining the building. “The final scheme exceeded the client’s expectations for their new space” commented Jorge Toro, City Blueprint’s architect.
