The Quality Management System (QMS) complies with the requirements of the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and is available through the Byrne Bros intranet as a head office controlled document. QMS is able to demonstrate the company's ability to consistently provide the product and the assurance of conformity that meets customer and regulatory requirements. The aim is to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system. QMS is set up in a "Process Approach" format, which facilitates developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of the system. Whilst we conform to our QMS, we consider that to be only a small part of achieving quality. Quality is something which we encourage through every part of our product and process, as well as in the way our teams deal with clients, our customer service offering, and as an inherent part of our day to day business. Like our philosophy on health and safety, we consider that quality is the outcome of both excellent systems, and excellent behaviours. |
